I honestly really liked its spices and it was low in fat I asked Rizgar to film a video on how to make the Basturma and thankfully he said yes, so we filmed this video and he gave me the ingredients of the Basturma spices ? . 150g Cumin 150g Coriander 125g Cubeb 25g Cloves 25g Nutmeg 25g Ginger The total is half a kilo of Basturma spices. .
