دجاجة محشية المقادير: تتبيلة الدجاج : -ملعقة كبيرة فلفل اسود غير مطحون -عود قرفة -ورق غار -نصف كوب ملح -ثلاث ملاعق كبيرة سكر -بصلة -لترين ماء بارد للحشوة – كوب رز – بصلة – فصين ثوم – ملعقة كبيرة فلفل اسود – ملعقة كبيرة سبع بهارات – ملعقة كبيرة كاري – نصف كوب بازلاء للزبدة المنكهة : -أربع ملاعق زبدة -ملعقة كبيرة زعتر -ملعقة صغيرة كاري طريقة العمل : • تخلط جميع مكونات التتبيلة و نضع الدجاجة فيها لمدة ليلة كاملة و في الثلاجة. • في قدر يحمر البصل مع الثوم و البهارات و البازلاء ثوم نضع الرز و الماء و نتركه حتى ينضج. • لعمل الزبدة المنكهة تخلط جميع المكونات جيدا • نحشي الزبدة بين الجلد و اللحم و نركز على منطقة الصدر • نحشي الدجاجة بالحشوة و نغلق الجلد بستعمال سيخ من الخشب • ندخلها في فرن باناسونك و نختار ختيار الدجاجة المشوية. بعدها نختلر الوزن المناسب بالعافية Unique Seasoning This is a recipe for a Roasted Stuffed Chicken. I roasted this chicken in a Panasonic Microwave Oven sent to me by AlHafidh! Ingredients: For the Chicken Brine: – 1 Tbsp Whole Black Pepper – 1 Stick Cinnamon – Bay Leaves – 1/2 Cup Salt – 3 Tbsp Sugar – 1 Onion – 2 L Cold Water . For the Stuffing: – 1 Cup Rice – 1 Onion – 2 Cloves Garlic – 1 Tbsp Black Pepper – 1 Tbsp 7 Spices – 1 Tbsp Curry – 1/2 Cup Frozen Peas . For the Flavored Butter: – 4 Tbsp Butter – 1 Tbsp Thyme – 1 Tsp Curry Method: • Mix the Brine ingredients together and place the chicken in it. Let it marinate overnight in the fridge. • In a pot, saute the Onions, Garlic, Spices, and Peas, then add the Rice and Water and let it cook. • To make the Flavored Butter, mix all the ingredients together well. • Stuff the Butter in between the skin and flesh of the chicken, focusing on the breast area. • Stuff the chicken with the Stuffing and seal the skin with a wooden skewer. • Put the chicken into the Panasonic Microwave Oven and choose the “Roast Chicken” option, then specify the weight of the chicken. .
